Pure Alberta Beef with green tripe, beef organs AND bone!
This product is produced by Prairie Pride Meats in Tofield, Alberta. They use only the best quality meats available. The 10% bone was too hard to maintain, so we went with 5% natural bone, and 5% calcium carbonate (human grade).
60% Beef muscle meat, 20% tripe, 5% ground beef bone, 5% calcium carbonate and 10% organ blend (heart, lung, liver, kidney, and spleen).
This product comes in approximate 1/2 pound patties!!
