Quail Eggs

-The outer shell may crack during the freezing process, this is normal. Often the membrane will not break.
- Frozen raw quail eggs can be thawed in you refrigerator in a glass dish. Leaking during the thawing process may occur.
-Fresh raw quail eggs can be safely stored in your refrigerator for 15 days.
