These Beef Sausages are frosty due to condensation from being frozen in the box. The sausages break apart very easily. Sold by the box only for a discounted price, our regular Ultimate Beef is $3.75/LB, the 11 LB box works out to $3.50/ LB!
This product is produced by Prairie Pride Meats in Tofield, Alberta. They use only the best quality meats available. The 10% bone was too hard to maintain, so we went with 5% natural bone, and 5% calcium carbonate (human grade). The sausages are cased in an edible beef collagen casing, so no need for unwrapping!
60% Beef muscle meat, 20% tripe, 5% ground beef bone, 5% calcium carbonate and 10% organ blend (heart, lung, liver, kidney, and spleen) and beef collagen casing.
This product comes in 1/2 LB sausages!!
