We are excited to offer convenient next-day home delivery 7 days a week (excluding some stat holidays) within the following communities:
- City of Calgary
- Cochrane
- Airdrie
- Chestermere
- Okotoks
- Langdon

We also offer home delivery service within the following communities:
- Strathmore (Every Wednesday)
- Red Deer, Blackfalds, Sylvan Lake, Crossfield, Carstairs, Bowden, Innisfail (Every Sunday)
- High River (second Sunday of every month)
- Turner Valley / Millarville / Black Diamond (first Monday of each month)

Our Edmonton store (click here) offers delivery to the following communities:
- Edmonton, Stony Plain, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Enoch, Fort Saskatchewan, St. Albert, Devon (next-day, 7 days-a-week)
- Deliveries are completed by a third-party courier service, and are made daily between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM on the next calendar day after you place your order.
- Routes are computer-generated by our third-party delivery service provider based on the overall deliveries for the day. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for your order, or accommodate requests for a specific delivery time.
- You should receive an automated alert (by email) when your order has left our warehouse, and another (by text and/or email) when your order has been delivered to your doorstep. Please use your cell phone number when ordering.
- Please ensure that you have made arrangements to get your order to your freezer as soon as it's been delivered.
- Consider placing a suitably-sized cooler box (or freezer) in a conspicuous place on your doorstep where we can place your order. You must include in your order notes to put into the cooler.

All deliveries are made to the first point of access at the delivery location (front step/porch, outside gate, main complex door, concierge, etc.). Due to insurance liability, the drivers are generally unable to enter houses or apartment buildings.
- Attention Apartment Deliveries!! We do not bring it up to your apartment (due to liability as noted above). Once "buzzed" in, it may be left inside the entryway, or near the mailboxes or parcel room
- If you do not "buzz" the driver in, your order will be left at the door either outside or inside the vestibule. We are not responsible for stolen deliveries.
- For the safety of your pets and the drivers, the drivers will not open gates into fenced yards and will not enter yards with any loose animals.
- We do not accept any responsibility for orders that thaw or are stolen after they've been delivered, or are delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
- Our delivery system (times, methods, available days, charges, etc.) are subject to change.
