We are please to offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on raw food!

We can accept returns under the following guidelines:

• With in 30 days of purchase to the original form of payment or store credit
• In the original packaging (bag or box)
• Frozen, with no evidence of thawing
• In-store only, even delivered orders
• Product is pro-rated by the pound. *

Modern K9 reserves the right to refused any returns or exchange of raw food for any reason. Please keep in mind that no raw food that is returned will ever be resold. We stand behind the quality of our products and you can have full confidence in the way our food is processed and handled.
