The probiotic properties come from carefully selected bacteria cultures and kefir micro-organisms. Kefir is a century old fermented milk product, also called the “drink of the centenarians”. It contains guaranteed billions of live probiotics. Due to the fermentation this product is lactose free.

Buffalo milk is richer in calcium and protein than cow’s milk, and has less cholesterol and sodium.

Buffalo milk is great for healthy bones, dental health, and cardiovascular health. It is also a good source of minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus. Buffalos produce mainly A2 casein which is much easier to digest.

Water Buffalo milk comes frozen in a 975 mL bottle. Thaw product after purchase and portion/freeze into daily servings in a resealable bag or container. Refreeze what can't be used within 14 days. Up to 10kg (22lbs) - 4 TBSP or 1/4 C
